WHAT: Challenge Conference is a summer conference hosted by the EFCA. Every other summer students gather for worship, teaching, games, service opportunities, and more. It’s a great opportunity for students and leaders to get away to grow in our faith in Jesus and our love for one another.

Online Family Information Form 2025-2026
We ask families to complete the Family Information Form and Family Medical/Photo Release for all children nursery through high school participating in First Free events and programs each school year. Many families have already completed these forms for 2025-2026. If you are unsure if you have completed them, just ask!
How do scholarships work?
Scholarship funds are available up to $250 per registration. All requests will be evaluated after April 1. If funds are not available to cover all scholarship requests, we will email to let you know the remaining balance.
What if I need to request more than $250 in scholarship funds?
Please use the link above to register for Challenge and request a scholarship greater than $250. Pay what you are able and write any notes in the form.
Why aren’t spots guaranteed after January 28?
Because thousands of high school students from all over the US attend the Challenge conference, there is a high demand for hotel rooms, especially those that are within walking distance from the convention center. We have been asked not to reserve more hotel space than our total church registration requires out of courtesy for other Challenge guests. We will drop extra hotel reservations after this date, which means that we may not have space for more students.
What is the refund policy?
Since space is limited, if a payment is made and there is not space for the student to attend the conference, then we will refund the payment.
