- In the ancient world servants had no social status. Christian workers are called servants. How does that affect your view of your ministry? How does that affect your view of the leaders in the church?

- With increased access to Christian leaders through technology, what are some practical ways to keep the balance between seeing Christian leaders as a blessing from God and not making them into gods?

- Pastor Josh said that the ministry that will endure God’s judgment is gospel ministry—ministry done in a way that’s consistent with the gospel. How can you build up the body in ways that are consistent with the gospel?

- Does the reward of hearing “well done, good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of your master” motivate you to faithful ministry? Why or why not?
