- Pastor Josh started the sermon with the question “Is the Lord’s Supper mainly vertical or horizontal?” Do you tend to focus on one of these components to the exclusion of the other?

- What are some ways you can prepare yourself (and your kids, if applicable) for the Lord’s Supper?

- Disunity was showing itself in Corinth in the way they handled the Lord’s Supper. Are there ways you see disunity showing itself at First Free in other areas?

- Do you connect with people at First Free that you don’t have much in common with? What does connection to others in the church look like when Christ is the common denominator in your relationships?

- Does the way you feel about or pursue connectedness reflect the fact that our unity with others in the church is found in Christ? How can we increase this type of unity?
