SLC2025
WHAT: Student Life Mission Camp is a great way for students to learn to serve others, do evangelism, have spiritual conversations with people they don’t know, and grow in their love for God and others. Many families have already completed these forms for 2024-2025. If you are unsure if you have completed them, just ask!

How do scholarships work?
Scholarship funds are available up to $225 per registration. All requests will be evaluated after March 10. If funds are not available to cover all scholarship requests, we will email to let you know the remaining balance.

What if I need to request more than $225 in scholarship funds?
Please use the link above to register for camp and request a scholarship greater than $225. Pay what you are able and write any notes in the form.

What if my student has special diet needs?
Accommodations for special diets at Student Life Camp depends on the university facilitating the camp. This summer will be at John Brown University. They aim to provide options for food allergies and sensitivities and label anything containing major allergens.

Why are spaces at camp limited?
There is a maximum occupancy for each camp location and week. First Free has registered for all available spots at Student Life Mission Camp. Once our registration fills up, we cannot take more students. We have a total of 94 spots for our group.

Why aren’t spots guaranteed after January 29?
Our church has registered for a certain number of spots (94) and paid a deposit. The last day to drop registered spots and receive our deposit back is January 31. This is why we need you to register by January 29.

What is the refund policy?
In general, registration payments are non-refundable. Since space is limited, if a payment is made and there is not space for the student to attend camp, then we will refund the payment.
