Dick High
Associate Pastor
Dick came to First Free in 1998 and has served in a variety of roles. He’s retired from full-time work, but still continues to coordinate much of our prayer and caring ministries. Dick has been pastoring in local churches in Nebraska and Wichita since 1975 after graduating from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with an MDiv.
He and his wife, Sherri, have been married for over fifty years and have two adult children and two grandchildren. He is an avid bicyclist and fisherman and has participated in missions trips to Japan, Honduras, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and eight trips to the Czech Republic.
What do you love about doing ministry at First Free?
“Interacting with people, working behind the scenes, and being the closest thing to a church historian that we currently have.”
