Short-term missions trips are an opportunity for you to build partnerships with our missions partners that go beyond praying and financial support. You'll see first-hand how God is working through these ministries and be a part of the gospel going wide to all peoples! These are the trips we are planning for 2025. Niger

Flexible Dates January-Summer 2025
Sahel Academy is a Christian school providing education for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. They serve around 120 students from more than 15 countries. Most of the student’s parents serve as missionaries and 30% of the enrollment is open to non-missionary families. They are looking for engineers or people with a skillset to help make plans to adapt their residential buildings to function as a school.

Mexico with Ed and Denise Aulie

7-10 Days with Flexible Dates in March, April, September, or October 2025
Ed and Denise work with a team of indigenous missionaries to plant churches among the Nahuatl people in Veracruz, Mexico. This trip will assist Ed and Denise with their work in the mountains of southern Mexico. The timing will be to avoid rainy weather there. Skills with the Spanish language would be a great asset on this trip as we will work to share the gospel and encourage local believers, and possibly help construct a house for a widow in their village.

US Crisis Response with ReachGlobal

7 Days with Flexible Dates
Crisis Response is a ministry of ReachGlobal and the EFCA that helps to organize and mobilize believers across the country to serve local churches and homeowners after crisis. When a crisis strikes, they are committed to physical and spiritual transformation, and they work to rebuild lives and communities by sharing the hope of Christ – all through the ministry of a local church. First Free will organize one to two teams of people to travel to crisis sites and help to assist homeowners with home related or community projects. Our teams will serve where ReachGlobal has the greatest need and it is likely they will help with Hurricane Helene and Milton relief on the East Coast.

Zambia with Village of Hope

10 Days in Early June 2025
The Village of Hope provides education for six hundred students K-12 and provides a home for one hundred orphans. This trip will be in early June with a team size of six to eight people. Some helpful skills for this trip would be farming background, teachers to help instruct the teachers at the school, and mechanical ability. However, if this is not you, we could still use your help.

Central Asia

June 7-16, 2025
Our missions partners are helping coordinate a conference for their organization in Central Asia. The conference will serve workers in several countries in the region. We are looking for eight adults to facilitate programs and care for around thrity-two children ages 0-18, divided into four age groups.

Albania with Shelly and Local Church Partners

June 12-23, 2025
This trip is open to high school juniors and seniors. Our team will help facilitate a kids day camp through partnering with Albanian youth. The team will help facilitate and serve as kids hear Bible stories, make crafts, talk in groups, sing, and play games. During the afternoons, the team will participate in Bible studies for men and women and learn Albanian culture.

Moldova/Romania with Mark and Vlad

Flexible Dates Summer 2025
Our team will partner with a local church in Moldova, Romania, or other nearby countries to reach out to their community. We will work to host a VBS for children and run an eyeglasses clinic for adults and others in the community. As we fit people for glasses, the pastor and others at the church will share the gospel with the people and speak with them. There is no need to be an optometrist to go on this trip, we can teach you how to fit people with glasses before we go.
